To be eligible for NGO Darpan Registration, an organization must:

  • Be a registered NGO or VO under:
  • Societies Registration Act, 1860
  • Indian Trusts Act, 1882
  • Section 8 of Companies Act, 2013
  • Have a valid PAN card of the NGO.
  • Have at least three active governing body members.
  • Be involved in social welfare activities.
